Every satellite page load asks the API for one domain. Find that domain in the table above:
- OK — the admin knows the domain. If the site still shows the error, the satellite is asking for a different domain than you think: check its FORCE_DOMAIN above.
- site_not_found — no row in
sites with that exact string. Create it, or fix the spelling in Admin → Sites.
- site_inactive — the row exists but the “Site active” box is unticked.
- bad API key — the satellite was generated by a different admin. Re-download it from Sites.
- network error — this server cannot call its own API over HTTPS. Tell me the message and we route around it.
Delete this file from the server when you are done.
