Important: a satellite's index.php is a copy of the template taken at download time, so patching the template here does not change satellites that are already online. To move a site to the US version you must: set it to United States in Sites → Edit, then re-download its satellite file and upload the new index.php to that domain. Satellites you do not re-download keep working exactly as they do today.
